EDIT!// I found the phone (Samsung Galaxy S II) that I want that's available at a NZ website/shop. And it's only $1,200! O_O EXCITED! :D Also noticed that the HTC Desire S is kind of similar in that the features and such is close by comparison. Oh, but the battery life is shorter, between 430 - 455 hours... =\ I think I will get the Galaxy. It's similar and also cheaper even though (I think) it was released only a month apart, the Galaxy wins with the long standby and such time! That's all.

The first time I don't update and this is what I update: I got paid $1000 for my 17.5 hours of work last week! Amazing! And so incredibly awesome! I think I will be able to get my phone sooner then I think! =)

• baked and spent about $100 more than I earnt
• made goals for March... more like a "monthly to-do" list.
• got into Pretty Little Liars.... still need to watch the pilot! I started watching/realized it was on one episode too late! (and also mused about the meaning of new months for me...)
• finished a book, Sloppy Firsts and watched four movies to add to my watched movies list.
• ate out at La Bruschetteria with a Spreets voucher. It was really nice! Definitely recommend! :)
• made my first dinner, enchiladas and hot chocolate submarino!

Day 27 – Your favorite place, in great detail
I like being wherever my friends and boyfriend is. But, I do like the beach, esp Mission Bay. Was down there last week after dinner with family and my sister and I had movenpick and the view was just amazing! We also saw a crusier along the waters. I just like places that have amazing views, like Bastion Point coincidentally in the Mission Bay area. And also China and Hong Kong, just because its someplace I never go to often. I love the Hong Kong city skyline at night. It's just amazingly beautiful! And with that, I will leave you with a picture I took of the Hong Kong city skyline. All the pretty little lights!~ ^.^

Day 28 – Something that you miss, in great detail
I miss hanging out with my high school friends. That was the start of my social life. Going out all the time and practically never being home and staying the night at either Reah's or Garron's... It's so rare that just the three of us are together in the same room. The last time that we were together (with other friends too) was earlier this year, forgot the specific day/month... Not really feeling/missing it as much atm but I do miss it.

Day 29 – Your aspirations, in great detail
I actually just recently discovered something, I think I really want to pursue... right at the end of nearly finishing my degree as well! (Perfect timing) I talked about this, I think more indepth a couple of days earlier/last week. And that something is journalism. I don't know how I suddenly realized but think it might have something to do with the blog site I want to create that I still haven't. I think I've had that idea since the beginning of this year! But have just been putting it off.... >_< but yeah, ages ago, I wanted to be a magazine editor and now, I think I want to again. Wondering if I can get into the communications/journalism industry with my events management... going to have a look into it and visiting the careers counsellor..

Day 30 – One last moment, in great detail
I CAN'T THINK OF A MOMENT! DX been in the "study" mindframe for the last couple of days.... think I'm doing pretty well. I guess a recent moment is actually finally sitting down and starting study and then as I go through the list of question topics, I realize that I already know quite a lot of things! Yeah, not as in great detail as the previous one.... =\ oh well. That will have to do.

 Today was a very productive. I had my summer school co-op meeting with lecturer and definitely know what I need to do and even think I could be finished this paper by the end of the month! Maybe sooner... if I get on with it and stuff =)

Also, looked on Trademe and Seek and found a few jobs and applied for them. Also emailed Table for Six regarding my application to them from when I applied last month. I have an interview with them sometime this week, just needd to call to sort it out. Although, I'm wondering if it would be a good idea cos its only casual work or about 3 or so hours a week..... but we will see. Gotta keep my options open.

I have a really good feeling about this year. Even though, I'm kinda still not sure if I want to pursue Events, I will give it a go and see if it is for me, else, will just find another realm of Events that I do want to do.... or something like that.

Also, on a side note, I hate mosquitoes! I got bitten... twice, I think. I thought, at first it was because of my guinea pig being in my room (I've been home for about 3 hours and have been bitten twice, one in an awkward place on my pinky... ;__;) but, no a mosquito.... T-T sooo annoying sigh. =(

Also, atm am reading a book borrowed from ohchloee, it's the L.A. Candy trilogy, up to the second book, Sweet Little Lies. It's an okay read. I think I like the first one better. You can so tell who is who and pretty much where it is based off, lol. As well as that, have been watching a few movies, about one a night before bed. A nice little tradition. So far, have watched Open Season 3 on Sunday night/Monday morning and Casino Jack [BF's choice] last night. Didn't really get Casino Jack, it was all political and such soo yeah.... it was alright, wasn't awful, but didn't get what was happening most of the time... very political.

.... and that is my goals for twentyeleven. Some are derived from my list of 30 Before 30.. that I have still yet to finish. Only a couple more to goo too. Sigh. Oh well..... hopefully before the end of the month. And, that's all. Also thinking again of another blog. I think I start too much... and then give up. But hopefully not this one... but stuck on whimsical cute or ice cream dreams.... think I need to add more people on my twitter too lol. dead silence.. or maybe need to do more tweeting and forge friendships.. instead of the odd tweet here and there..

Oh yeah. I also had a little breakthrough... realized that maybe I do like and maybe can do events after having a little of a low and thinking that I can't think of any low-cost activities for my uni. But came up with one and I think just need a few more.. kinda also toying if I want this entry and actually whole journal to be flist-only or not... =| Hmmm... 

Oh yeah and watched a few movies today and in the last couple of days. In particular they were Tangled, Love and Other Drugs, The Social Network, The Time Traveler's Wife and Remember Me. I liked them all with exception to the first, it was okay, it wasn't overly funny although one of my friends who I went with thought so and the other, I'm not sure of his opinion... but yeah. Remember Me was sad at the end =( can't believe it happened! ='( and The Time Traveler's Wife too, incredibly sad, cried a little.. or shed a tear. The Social Network. Omg, that Mark Zuckerberg is either irl really annoying or just portrayed to be in the film. I couldn't stand him and his meh attitude. The only thing I didn't like about the movie. However, I did like Eduardo. =)

This year, also doing a little book challenge for myself, 17 books in a one year... maybe more, one book for each month and also 211 movies in 2011. Been seeing and watching a lot of movies at the cinemas and on my laptop/HDD lately soo hopefully that continues... till I run out of movies, but guess there's the video store... wondering if I want to include ones I've seen.. so far it's ones I've not seen and oh, wow this entry turned out long! Ok, ending now. Probably should sleep too now...

 First post of the year.. 

Just finished watching Remember Me starring Emilie De Ravin and Robert Patterson. I don't know if I like it that much to keep it. It was sad at the end and had its moments but hmmm, in the beginning, it was a bit... I don't know. It was quite predictable too. But yeah, undecided. I liked it, kinda but not sure if I like it enough... watched a movie last night as well, The Time Traveler's Wife. I liked it. Sad. Cried a little it (won't spoil it) but yeah. Quite sad.

Haven't done much since the new year begun.... just lazying around and doing nothing. At all. Sorted out my student loan and allowance. Just in the nick of time. Good I don't start till next week but yeah... summer school starting next week. My last paper and then I dunno what I'm going to do..
Wanted and started to do the 30 for 30 Challenge during the first month of the year but then I forgot to take photos of some of the days and actually forgot what I wore that day so maybe I'll do in February... hopefully... I did also want to document my outfits for this whole year too... just to see my style and what my fashion sense/style was? I dunno but yeah... also wanted to do the Project365 but... yeah again forgot to take photos, oh, just so bad. >.< Speaking of challenges... I think I was supposed to have finished my Grace in Small Things January something but then I stopped around December 27 or something and well, I think it was a good effort... and I dunno if it made me appreciate the small things but definitely it has made me I can see something through.... for a year... anyway.

Also, haven't quite finished my 30 Before 30 list.... I think about halfway-ish? A little over halfway, got 19 things and so about 11 more... will post it up once its done... also been thinking/playing with the idea of a public blog on WP or Blogspot.... just cos I like the interaction of comments with the other friends I made on blogs and yeah.. but still playing and thinking about it.. as for that affordable website... still in progress... should maybe set goals for that or something. :|

But then I forgot it...

Anyways. i finished watching the second season of Dollhouse and omg there are so man twists!!! And the endinggg... OMG! No! Sigh. But a good ending, I guess. Would have been better [or maybe not...] if they didn't kill off so many people.

It got a little confusing sometimes, like when Alpha is working with them in the last episode.. it kind of jumps into scenes and you wonder what's happening...

I just realized as I was looking through the cast at imdb.com, Summer Glau was on Big Bang as the girl all the guys were trying to hit on on the train! Lol. That was quite funny. She is really pretty. There are some pretty good looking people on that show! Topher. He is cute in a geeky way, especially at the ending episodes! So heartbreaking... maybe that's a exxaggeration.. And then there's Paul Ballard. Pretty good looking also.

I think I have a new obsession. Looking for [more Dollhouse] icons. Especially ones of Bennett, Topher and the relationship between Victor and Sierra... oh yeah, I totally love them together. They are so cute. And! Yes, Victor is very good looking! :P

Yeah. Definitely new obsession. 
 
Don't really have much to say other than that have been in and working in Hamilton since Wednesday and this is definitely like working fulltime. My two days off were Monday and Tuesday and soo yes. But it's been good... been dreading it up till I arrive there and then its not so bad. Also, after work went to Te Awa, the new shopping mall/centre at The Base. It was really nice but not really any new shops, just the usual with the exception that they were most of my favourite shops (with some missing like Pagaini) all in one place. There was Smiggle, Temt, Valleygirl, Glassons etc. And the food court was pretty stocked with awesome food I like, like Pita Pit! So should have gotten that for dinner instead of LJ Fish & Chips. Oh well. 

... Yeah, not much else to update on other than the fact that tomorrow is going to be busy and full of stuff.... like travelling pretty much straight after work up back to Auckland for a 21st [obviously, didn't give much thought or consult my diary as I should have because I don't think I bought it to the beach with me.... yeah, probably should have gotten an A6 size diary for next year, oh well!] and then maybe travelling back that same night or going back at around 8 am the next morning.... I don't think so, so probably will go back down the same night. After all, probably will be getting up just half hour before I need to leave anyway..

Ok, should sleep now. But Dollhouse was good. So gutted that it's cancelled!
